Refund policy

If an instance you require to return a product, please initiate the process by sending an email to info@vesclothing.com including the order ID, Name and contact numbers so that our team can assist you. In an instance If the product is damaged, send us pictures of the same along with the email request.

In case of a size change, you are required to return the product within 7 days of being delivered to you. Any reverse shipment charges and the delivery charge to re-send the new product back will have to be borne by the customer.

In case of a manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 14 days of the receipt, and you will be refunded after items have been inspected by us and deemed a genuine fault from our end.

Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 14 days.

If any of the reverse pickups are unsuccessful after two attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly, if the product is self-shipped, and has not been dispatch from consumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.
